Dean is really dizzy...

Listen to this quote from Howard Dean - after Al Gore's endorsement, Dean introduced Gore as "the man who got 500,000 more votes than the occupant of the White House." I just posted that I'm no lawyer or political expert, but even I know that the POTUS is elected by the electoral college.
